I want to share this letter we received (re-typed):

"My Dear Kovacich's   Chris & Mike.
Thank you Thank you so many times repeating those 2 words! My uncle Clem was so appreciative to be able to have his wife's funeral lunch in the very hall he helped build - he told me the story of how he put in the ceiling and the land once belong to his dad!   Uncle Clem Smith is a 72 year member of the K of C and 4th degree knight. He said he just recently received his 70th year pin and that they had to special make because so few live that long!
Enclosed is agreed upon rental fee. I know there is discussion of the rate within your membership - if it were more I would pay more! The ability to use your facility is nearly priceless.
Please relay my letter to your members, you all need to hear thanks from such a sweet old man as Uncle Clem.
I hope someone remembers him.
